Ok, for those of you that claim prayer does work, this should be pretty simple. I'm requesting that you pray for me. I would like for you to pray that I meet God. And for those of you who think I'm kidding, I'm not. I'm dead serious. I would really love to meet the creator of the universe and life as we know it here on earth. However, there's one stipulation: I'd like to meet Him within one week.
If God exists, God answers prayers, and God loves me as many have claimed, then I really don't think this should be too tough for the supreme deity of the universe. And the reason I'm asking for this stipulation is pretty simple. I'll probably be alive and kicking this time next week, and I'll probably visit this forum again this time next week. I'm assuming those of you who decide to pray for me will be alive and visiting this forum this time next week, too. So, if I meet God within this time frame, odds are I'll be able to report back and let you know.
So, is anyone up for praying for me to meet God?
And is there anyone else that would like to meet God this week? I'm sure you could be added to the prayer list.

If you want to be meet Jesus you'll have to do a few things.
First you're going to have to fill your head with scripture and lots of photos of Jesus so you know what he looks like when he shows up. You know, Jesus has walked passed a lot of people and they just think he's another guy on the street.
Next, you'll have to stop eating for a while but drink water but not too much. Also, don't sleep for several days. You can nap but you can't get into deep sleep.
Next, pray a lot. This will mind is filled with images and fantasies and help you push out all other thoughts especially those of doubt. Do that a while and then slam your head into a wall a few times. It shouldn't hurt because by now you haven't slept in a few days and haven't eaten either.
Turn of the cell, other phones, TV and radio off. Now sit there and wait and stair at a blank wall. You should see Jesus within 20 minutes.

It doesn't bother me any. I'm surprised some haven't prayed for that already. Or maybe they have.

I know plenty of scripture, so that's no problem. But the pictures may present a problem. He looks different in all of them.

I'm going out for prime rib later and I'm not giving it up.

No, I'll let everyone else do that. They know Him much better than I do, so I'm sure they'll have much better luck than I would.

I think I better leave them on just in case that turns out to be the way He prefers to communicate with me. I hope you have caller id. In that case you should reject anonymous calls. This way you will be assured whoever is calling not someone pretending to be someone else like Satan pretending to be Jesus or Jesus pretending to be Satan just to test you.

Once my mother got a wrong number phone call.
The caller asked if she know the Lord's number.
Lord was the name of a family in the town we lived in.
