At some time we all pass on, no one escapes alive, but funerals are such depressing occasions, don't you think? So I've recently given some thought as to how I might lighten up proceedings when they lower my own casket ...  
A nice way of approaching things, I thought, might be for someone to play a few ole' favourites on a ghettoblaster - but at the same time the songs should be appropriate for the occasion. 
Here are a few of those I came up with. They might get a few laughs from those present. Perhaps some will take some lessons with them about striving to be happy in their lives.
I thought this had to be my first choice:
> HELP < followed by
> YESTERDAY < then
> LEARNING TO FLY <
I wonder, what songs would you most like to be played at "the last post", on the final jukebox selection? What would you pick? (Pick lol or is it shovel?)
BTW this competition is open to all religions and non-religions if you DIG  lol...

That's a given in my family - but I've left instructions to use whatever's usable and dispose of the rest as cheaply as possible - then get the family together and have one hell of a party on the money saved!
(I still remember grandma's 'wake' when I was 17 - first time I ever bet on a pony, and I won!! Not as heartless as it sounds - she'd been totally paralyzed for 7 years, and we all knew she'd picked her time)

Well if there really is a hellfire then I guess I'll be going there. And, since I'm going to be cremated, both aspects of my death involve fire so I'll pick a few fire songs
