John Lennon would say “Imagine” bless his soul. All the same…
I don’t read often, listening and observing works for me…as well as trusting my feelings.
From what I seen and understand of Space - matter, gases, stars, dust etc is constantly spewing from this White Light. Science documents this as the big bang and they haven't got close enough to know for sure....
BUT
What if…. this White Light IS the back end of a Black Hole to another universe. And this, just being one of many universes?
What if…. when we die on earth we reborn on tailor-made universe just for us? What if…. from the day we are born we are NOT taught to choose Good or Evil? Instead we are taught to follow our true destiny, our own north star, sparing doubt?
And what if …. there are no religious institutions there?…on our other side. And no religious fanatics either. What if… religious wars only exist on this beautiful earth?
What if…. the way you behave in this life determines on which universe you will land? What if….. you enjoy war so much, there are many universes available to you to continue the fight. …. none of which come near the many peace loving universes.
What if…. the way you conduct yourself here ….will reflect in your next?

Of course, this doesnt mean there is no God. Please, someone would have had to create the first atom or molecule or whatever
I see religion as not being able to question the wisdom and words of cavemen. Quantum physics neither prover or diproves the existance of a creator but at least i know of the quantum world.

Interesting. I hope that I not the only person in that universe. I would be awful
lonely. But then you are saying it made for us... so my family and friends would be there.. or perceptions of what I know to be my family and friends..
because they will be in their own universes... hmmm... can I be in more than one universe?? I am just grasping on that we are illusions or shadow of reality. We are perceptions of our senses .. its all in our minds the whole universe but has you said God He/She/It Love had to come up with the first atom.
Then I should do my best to get through the darkness to the Light of Love..

Many many years ago I asked my dad if he believed in an afterlife (bless him wherever he is), he said he believed each person will get what they expect!
Many years later I think I understand what he was trying to say. We are creating it, so let's make the best out of this workshop!  Sometimes I see this blatantly in my own life (how I've created a situation or objects-in the sense of objects coming to me). Alas, I'm still often in the dark, too lazy to acknowledge it's simply me

Many many years ago I asked my dad if he believed in an afterlife (bless him wherever he is), he said he believed each person will get what they expect!
The only thing for sure is that in the end, it will be as it is or as it isn't. And all the wishing, hoping, praying, worshiping, believing or not believing in some hereafter, doesn't change that fact one bit. No one knows for sure what, if anything, lies beyond after we depart this life...
It'll just be what it'll be or not be. And seeing as it's so far beyond our ability to even begin to understand, let alone have any control over, I honestly can't see any reason to agonize over it in this life. And I can't see any reason to believe in some mystical afterlife like heaven or hell with your admission to either to be determined by some particular, all powerful, mystical being, other than to attempt to explain some of the unexplainables of this life, and as a crutch to help get one though it.

Religion is a group interpretation of the Bible (religious text) to establish justifications.
Every religion uses Biblical scripture (or religious text) to justify something. There are no exceptions to this.

The Hindus have the Sarvamoola Granthas.
The Christians have the New Testament.
The Jews have the Torah.
The Ancient Egyptians had The Book of the Dead.
The Norse had the Eddas.
Every religion has a manuscript that the use to justify whatever they want.

and what if the date we die is the same date that we are reborn on a universe suitable for us?

The arrogance.......That's what we can't seem to get past. What about my own ass? I am something have done some stupid insugnifigant things. The cosmos wasts nothing don't worry. But these chemical impulses will be long gone and the you that you understand will only be a shell. Anything you have done outside of simple human chemistry will be preserved forever by the cosmos. This is my own hope of the afterlife but purely speculation. Sphynxsmile. Your dad was a smart guy.
each person will get what they expect! My view is more complex than that but if i had to put it few words i will quote your dad.

With no religion, gays & lesbians would not continue to be labeled & treated as an abomination...Likely never would have ever been in the first place...
With no religion, much of the warfare throughout history never would have occurred...

over and over again until we find a way out of our personal Pandora's Box
what if... our focus of intent mirrors back to us?
its our choice....
what if... the past, present & future all exist in parallel, so maybe we flit in and out of parallel dimensions? (this one comes from my friend Sphynx)
what if.... our soul already knows many universes?
wouldnt be cool to find a way to record everything that our soul already knows.
what if.... some people drift in and out from one to the next?
perhaps they are among us here
