Ok......new thoughts here........Tantra
Anyone taken any classes, have any knowledge/experiences they would like to share?
I took two intro classes a week ago.....and I have to tell you......it was AWESOME! 
It was all about energy movement, breathing, sound, movement......and very cool. Moving and using the energy for healing was very similar to the Reiki healing circle......I guess it's all just about the same thing.......just different names, eh?
This healing/energy working journey of enlightenment is kind of fun......and interesting to say the least!

Ok one more thing what is a RM, RooMate, Registered Monk, ahhhh Reiki Master? We abb evrthng.
Down to business. I appreciate all the input from everyone even SS even colonic comments.( BY the by I have thought I might try that lately just thought of it only) I appreciate EVERY Reiki healing circle I have ever been to. I appreciate every healing thing ever I went to period but my little campout experience with the Reiki Masters had really taught me some good stuff on collective consciousness and the power of Reiki.
Different people access Reiki in different ways I still do it the old fashioned way of making the signs in the palm of my hand sometimes visuallizing the Masters sign but most times making the signs in my head. It is a good habit for me. How about you SS? A lot of people have different beliefs about the Masters sign. Some believe that karma is attached to the sign......love to hear more about that. The Masters sign is a jump start for me.
Here is a brand new site for me someone sent me to.........reiki.org Its William Lee Rand's site and it offers tutorials and all kinds of info on Reiki.....go there and peruse.

I found out Tantra.......is more than sex........it was fascinating .........it was about first breathing (concious breathing), sound (you making sounds....at different vibrational levels....noise and lots of noise!!! humming even counted!), and movement (physical body movement - Tantra is a form of Yoga...don't shoot me Yoga people......I don't know diddly....on a learning curve here, ok......I heard Tantra referred to as "The Grandfather of Yoga") but the movement also included energy movement.......very cool and using the energy for healing and sharing the love and energy with not only yourself, but your partner, and the world are other aspects!
It was a very nuturing, healing experience.......vitalizing! I highly recommend it. To anyone in the Seattle area, I took the classes at DiscoverU and there will be another class in October and the Instructor does other training (animal/horse healing and communication too). I did Bikram yoga for a month -- I tried to get there every day, but probably wound up getting there 10 or 12 days out of the month.
It is a defined set of yoga moves done in a heated room -- 110 degrees if I remember right. I really liked it and improved some -- surprised myself at the improvement actually. The heat is to simulate the heat of India and to warm your muscles to allow them to stretch more easily. Drink LOTS of water before you go, and during each water break and do what you can without pushing yourself too far. Each of the poses is done twice. I generally tried for one time and two only if I was feeling lots of energy. I think if I remember right, I did it while I was doing the lemonade (master) cleanse.
Beach, you are reminding me of these things in the past that I really liked -- maybe I will sign up for a month or 10 sessions of Bikram starting on the 1st as well.

It's how we're suppsed to be, at our best, loving and giving. If we could carry it with us into every phase of our lives (and some of us do, but I know I'm not there yet) we would all heal each other just by being. What a world that would be.

So Lacy I am feared of this fast but not totally out on it....maybe the fast will do me good.....10 days is a while though. Yep I want to take Bikram but one thing at the time....I feel great about the direction of this thread.....it is all good.

Geez Beach Boy.......to me it sounds like this thread is in the toilet......you guys are talking about all this clensing and colonics.....we even have the bathroom being clensed/blessed.......maybe it's just me........
I was seeing toilets in this thread,
dancing threw my head!!!
I guess I am a poet now.........HA!
(it's ok guys/gals......I'll settle down.......someday, and grow up........NOT! I feel more like Tinkerbell vs Peter Pan right now...and very tired of the dating scene.....and Empath told me to stop thinking of it as "dating" and more like "meeting new friends"......sage advice there Lady!)

I have been waiting soooo patiently for an explanation, however it just has not been forthcoming....What the heck is a colonic?  I have gathered that it is a natural way to 'flush' out the colon, but I am not even certain about that much...please someone answer so the 'poop can fly here too'..... 
Red, Beach....I would bite the bait, but I am too busy sitting here with an ear to ear grin....Empath's heart is flying, and guess who is 'The Wind Beneath (her) Wings'?

Hopefully that answers your question Empath (without getting into too much detail).
I may try fasting sometime, (thanks for sharing the info SS and Lacy!) but not right away. (one thing at a time) I'm off of work starting tomorrow, and won't be back 'til next Wed.. While I'm feng shuing, moving stuff, removing clutter, I've also picked it as a time to stop smoking using some herbal regimen called Smoke Away. Wish me luck there.
Beach - Just curious, do you take cream & sugar with your coffee colonic?

some Freudian slip Red 69? Only one d in Tidy.........your spelling makes it have an" of breast" appearance......or was that what you were trying to elude to.
To the rest of you I don't believe I said I ever had a colonic but some people swear by them......now that we have made so much fun few will come out and say it works it doesn't work......we can't even think of having anything "placed" in our rear orafice.........let the laughter begin......
I will part by telling you to take a good colonic.......or "stick it up your azzz"  yep a thumb......
Back to the house blessing. Found some good sweetgrass Meadowlark and some lavender oil and I was told one way to bless each room is to place the oil on my finger and rub it on the top of the door frame. Very interesting......off to work I go.

Most magic shops have the smudge sticks of sweetgrass and
lavender. Remember to open all windows, doors too...and
use sea salt to place in each corner, of every room, hallway and

Another topic:
I've heard from other psychics that the blue, white, red sparks
that we see in darkened rooms are energies, either from ourselves,
other entities or satellite communications (cell, t.v. etc.).
At night before I go to sleep I always see flashing "Sparks" no matter what,
in the blues, reds and whites on my bedroom ceiling...
Anybody else see that: I just want to know if this is just common
physiology of the retinae or perhaps something more, especially if it
is more profound in colors.... Everyone try this tonight and let me know
"What you see in the darkness of your bedroom ceilings"....just curious....
