I think she is a viable candidate. She has a good fundraising organization in place. Given the large numbers of individuals from both political parties who have declared for president, I think it's too early to tell.

True Sponge, but most of it has been aired so we know it. Unless, there is more in the bottom of the hamper.

This will be very interesting. Throw national polls out the window. They mean very little during the primary season. So far, she is running behind in Iowa, but ahead in New Hampshire.

Unless you want a socialist running the government, I'd say no.

What is the the context of your quote? Given that we have recently discussed the CNN disproving Barak Obama was educated in a madras, I would appreciate a reputable cite on this.

I don't think it matters as long as daddy Bush still has some sons. Elections now are bought. We only go to the polls and make the motion like we vote... the polls are rigged.

She would be a good president due to her background but its that very background that would ruin her too. The thing I worry about with someone like Hillary is that she would turn us into a socialist country and I wouldnt like that. She would excel at forgein relations as she is an excellent communicator and she is a very bright and educated woman who knows the nuts and bolts of politics.
I don't know if I would vote for her to be honest.

I'll tell you what, everyone vote for hilliary, and on the way out, sign the waiver that gives her and those that work for her the ability to vote for you because well we just aren't capable of voting inteligently we need them to do it. then on the next table sign half your freedoms away for the common good. go quite your job cause the government will take care of you now, cause we're all children you know. and open the borders so the ILLEGAL imigrants can come in and work our jobs for us

This is one reason I dont post here much.
"We’re going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good.” —Hillary Clinton
Unless you want a socialist running the government, I'd say no. This kind of propaganda.
Hillary wasnt talking about you. She was talking about me. And rightfully so. I dont need anymore tax breaks. What am I going to do? buy a few more cars? or maybe a few more homes? Maybe write off a few more vacations?
Let me give you geniuses a little example: 2007 Business schedule
AMA will be holding a meeting in vega at the same time SEMA will be having their show. Now I will go and sign my name on the roster at the AMA meeting and walk down the street to the sema show and gaze at all the new cars and gadgets that will be coming out in the upcoming year. maybe shake hands with chip foose during the annual contest called the gambler. I will spend 5 mins signing in at the AMA meeting and spend the rest of my trip gambling, going to shows, Looking at all the neat gadgets and wheels, paint jobs and toys ect.... Then I will write the whole trip off. Now Bush is trying to make this permanent. But guess who pays? You do.
NC Dental society will be hosting it's annual dental meeting in mytle beach at the same time harley week will be going on. Now this is every year, same time same place. I will sign my name on the roster and go out and ride my bike and play golf for a whole week not to mention the rest of the festivities. Then I will write that off. But guess who pays? You do again!
100 Businessmen of America will be holding it's annual convention in San Fran. just like the rest I will sign the roster and go out and have fun and guess who pays? You do!
This is just a small inkling of the tax breaks I have. Tell me about yours.
Here's another good one for ya!
Right now I am in the process of building my third horse farm. Sounds innocent enough right? Not really, As long as I have a few under privleged kids out a few times a year I can write that off too!
This is what she said: Addressing a Democratic fund-raiser yesterday, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., told wealthy supporters the government will need to take money away from them for the "common good."
Clinton headlined an appearance with other women Democratic senators in San Francisco, where donors gave as much as $10,000 to California Sen. Barbara Boxer's campaign.
"Many of you are well enough off that ... the tax cuts may have helped you," Clinton said, according to the Associated Press. "We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you.
"We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."
She is talking about rolling back the tax breaks for the wealthy
Sound bites are for dummies. Next time tell the whole truth.
Now lets see what middle & lower class families get from the bush republican tax breaks.
Child tax credit...........
Thats exactly what they need. A check for a few hundred dollars. Wow! that will buy a shiny new televeision.
Now I want to ask you a question. How many tax breaks is the current administration pushing to make permanent for you?
I'll wait!

Well, I'd vote for Hillary. Even though we'd still have a bush in the White House, at least Georgie would be gone.
