What is it about the word "Illegal" that some people just don't seem to grasp?
That means they have no business here! They are breaking the law just by being in the U.S. in the first place! Period! That doesn't mean "What should their rights be while they're here. Should the be offered more than American Citizens, or less?". Right now, it's more!
They have no rights here. They are criminals, by merely being here illegally!!! Why is that concept so difficult for some Americans to latch onto?

When it comes to facts many many people are in a chronic state of denial. At least that is the only thing that I can come up with that makes any sense at all in a logical sort of way.

That means they have no business here!
Don't be so "ignorant".
There are many reasons why people could be illegal yet belong here. Even to extent to say they have more rights here than most so called "Americans".
Think about it and try to come up with scenarios why this maybe the case instead of spouting such trash about others.

Illegal means illegal. There are procedures that all of our ancestors followed to become citizens of this country. Learning and speaking English was one of them. If you choose not to enter the proper way LEAVE or be thrown out.

C'mon rare you have more sense than most.
Ancestors killed and stole most of the land and they still do today, of course to a much lesser degree and the modern version.
Most of the so called "United States were latin speaking and not anglo saxon.

To help you, why dont you go read the US Immigration website and some of the small print of application forms for various Visas, residences and citizenships.... to give you some "ideas"
then come back in a few days and lets discuss it if you still wish too.....

There are so many instances of so called "illegal".
From american children with american parents going abroad and returning without filing birth certificates.
There are non-registered americans leaving, going on holiday and coming back to find themselves "illegal.
There are "visitors" finding themselves forgetful, ill to return or countless reason to find they are illegal.
There are visa applicants that find themselves out of date and a period before renewing.
Students whows claims arent filed correctly.
Several million applicants illegal only due to back log of processes...
boy I could go on all bloody day long!!!!
There are americans living abroad trying to return.
There are border crossings throughout the day for work issues and find they can be perfectly "illegal" on the border yet cant access the border posts inland.
What is it about the word "Illegal" that some people just don't seem to grasp?

THE POINT IS "Illegal" is not a dirty word and should not condemn people! as written here...

I see Seal..  Seems to be one of those in every crowd..  They're not even fun to debate because they so seldom make any sense. 
Well, I'm still waiting for that list SpongeBob asked for, of all the wonderful reasons why Illegal Aliens should be able to cross our borders at will, and why we should pay for their welfare and their healthcare and support them and give them our jobs, as was recently proven at the Swift Plant, for one.
Immigration is just fine. And we allow more of it than most other countries combined. However "Illegal Immigration" is far from fine!! Illegal means criminal. A pretty simple concept.

A lot of the illegals here in Texas have a pretty good business going. The construction business is becoming dominated by hispanics, legal and illegal. We kinda like them. They do really high quality work. They don't insist on cigarette and coffee breaks. They add diversity to the flavors of food here.
I really don't think crossing a national boundary is criminal even if it is against the law. No more criminal than cornering on prvate property or accidentally running a stop sign or forgetting to slow down in a school zone while distracted by the cell phone. Or putting money on a football pool. Now the price of gasoline? That's criminal. Look up crime. The connotation is that there is a moral infraction. I just don't think looking for a better life is morally wrong...not like greed and hatred...
But, if you are so concerned about the illegals, well I think you ought to turn all the ones you know in to the INS. Or rant on a dating site.
