Nah...Not a time warp...Just an article that correlates with the Pat Tillman story. He was killed in a friendly fire incident and they said he was killed by an Iraqi in the ambush....

That's neither here nor there. She was not alone in her fight...She is not alone now. She's not the only one injured. She lied about what happened and the military and US government lied to the Tillman family about what happened to him just to put a f*%kin spin on this bogus war and you sit here and try to justify it by saying "oh she had guts". She's a gold digger. She got shot in the leg. Have you seen some of the soldiers coming back from Iraq lately? They got alot more than shot in the leg. Where's their book? Where's their spin? They don't have one, you wanna know why? Cause they were doing their jobs. Not cause they wanted to cash in on some of the money floating around that comes along with being part of this war.

I give less than a crap if she got a book deal or not. More stinking power to her. Who the hell cares? War is not pretty. Its messy, bloody, and a neccessary evil. Freedom has never been free. Its paid for with the blood of men and women who gave all for their county ! When a soldier inlists he is sworn to defend all enemies both forgien and domestic.
So Get the hell over it. Tillman would not have the recognition that he has had he not been a football player. How many soldiers are killed in FF incident who dont get talked about on the evening news? And I have seen the soldiers who come home. I am at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antoino. This is where they send a majority of the soldier who suffer the worst burns and those who lose limbs. I have seen burns so bad on soldiers that make you want to get sick. I have seen the soldiers with out legs, arms, hands, ears, eyes, skin. They are heros. I wasnt with Jessica Lynch when her unit was ambushed and taken and neither were you. So dont talk about crap you really have no clue about.

Dude, be happy that some one made good from this piece of crap litte war.
Even she said it when she testified Congress that the hype made about her capture and injuries gave her opportunites that others did not get.
I remember the story about her when it first broke. It made her sound like Audie F^ck*ng Murphy shooting up Krauts instead of some scared female female private who wrecked her vehicle.
The Pat Tillman story was a G%d damn joke too. He was shot up by friendly 5.56mm rounds and was not Davey F$ck&ng Crocket fighting Mexicans at the Alamo.
Pat Tillman was a hero IMHO because he gave up his NFL career to eat sand and scorpoins and be turned into hamburger.
At least Jessica Lynch lived through her ordeal and got the book deal!

Pat Tillman was a hero IMHO because he gave up his NFL career to eat sand and scorpoins and be turned into hamburger.
 That comment is upsetting that man died for all of us. It wasnt his fault that the government lied about how he was killed.

Except this isn't the truth, it's not even an article. It's a column, which means it's the columnist's opinon, not a factual account. And it's from some far left wing rag that has no credibility.
Oh, and as for Pat Tillman, he wasn't even in Iraq, he was killed in Afganistan.

Nice try. The Jessica Lynch story comes from her sworn testimony before a Congressional Committee. Pat Tilman's brother and a lot of Army brass also testified.
