Doesn't take the Dems much to spit someone out and toss them under the bus - Poor Cindy's day in the spotlight is long gone - some one ought to tell her!
Now that Cindy has turned on the Democrats, she’s not exactly a favorite of the liberals. And the liberals in Pasadena certainly made that much evident with the reception they gave Cindy’s entry in the Rose Bowl Parade
Twenty-three people were arrested by Tuesday afternoon, including one protester, Pasadena Police Department Lt. Keith Jones said. Jones said the protester was “arrested for holding up a sign that blocked other patrons view of the parade.”
Dozens of anti-war protesters led by “Peace Mom” Cindy Sheehan staked out spots across from television cameras, hoisting signs reading “Impeachment is Patriotic.”
After the procession’s last float inched out to start along the parade’s 5 1/2-mile route, a group of more than 100 anti-war protesters marched behind it, including Sheehan. Parade watchers sitting in the grandstand booed and yelled at the protesters
“This is not the occasion for this,” Mary Feichtel, 63, of Florida, said of the protests
Sheehan spoke later to a gathering of protesters at Pasadena City Hall.
It’s worth noting that Cindy was never much more than a useful idiot for mainstream Democrats (and their mouthpieces in the media). When she was busy harping on President Bush they were quick to paint a picture of her as a grieving mother and citizen who had absolute moral authority on the war and wanted answers from her President. But now that Cindy has turned her criticism on the Democrats themselves, they’ve been quick to turn on her
It’s the cynical truth. When things were bleak in Iraq, and the Democrats were campaigning on the war as a failure, they were quick to latch on to her rhetoric about a criminal President and his murderous policies. But now with things in Iraq looking brighter, and the Dems even looking to distance themselves from the issue, she might as well be the plague

Cindy Sheehan, I remember her arrest at GB's State of the Union address for wearing and anti-war slogan T-shirt.
She must have a thing for men in uniforms.
I do feel for the loss of her son in Iraq...

People deal with grief in their own ways. How do you ever feel you've done enough to justify the loss of your son? I feel for the woman, personally. I can't imagine the pain of losing a child.

An unattributed opinion piece with a small fact or two tossed in to make other statements juxtaposed "feel" like facts? Yet it's the same old technique. Tell lies about a group you dislike, then bash them for what was lied about. Although Ms Sheehan was apparently accompanied by a number of supporters in the parade, and spoke to a group of protesters afterwards, according to the posted opinion piece, it hints that "liberals" have abandoned the woman. They even toss in a quote (though the speaker isn't identified as either conservative or liberal), who was not quoted as saying that she disagreed with Ms Sheehan's position, simply that she felt the venue chosen was inappropriate for its expression.
Very sad how some will try to spin a couple of facts to try to smear someone they disagree with. Pretty lame.

I have no doubt that she was booed..but how does the reporter substantiate it was actually liberals booing her?
..in fact...

Hey NO - your googler is VERY SELECTIVE!
I dont know why I waste my time with you after your childish argument regarding Lani Guarnier -
HOWEVAH - it happened -
Cindy is in good company these days - now she is hanging out with the Falun Gong Gang -- looks like her limo from Soros is gone too!
From the AP --
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Under the Bus Cindy <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
Two groups were protesting at the parade. Dozens of war protesters led by "Peace Mom" Cindy Sheehan staked out spots across from television cameras, hoisting signs reading "Impeachment is Patriotic." The protesters were booed by parade watchers sitting in the grandstand.
"This is not the occasion for this," said Mary Feichtel, 63, of Florida.
One protester was arrested for holding up a sign and obstructing others' view of the parade, Pasadena Police Department Lt. Keith Jones said.
After the parade finished, a group of more than 100 war protesters marched down the route. Sheehan spoke to a gathering of protesters at Pasadena City Hall.
"We are all here for accountability," Sheehan said. "You didn't ruin anybody's parade, they got to see the truth."
Members of the Chinese Falun Gong spiritual movement protested a float honoring the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Demonstrators wanted people to turn their backs on the float as it rolled along the route, though few appeared to join in the protest.

I dont know why I waste my time with you after your childish argument regarding Lani Guarnier -
HOWEVAH - it happened - What happened? You made a claim and a statement that hinted at an intimate knowledge of how Ms Guinier (at least I'm respectful enough to spell her name correctly) felt, when you said "E-mail her and ask her if she's still friends with the Clintons." As if you know who her friends are, who she considers friends, or who the Clintons consider friends. I did some spot research, which did not appear to show that she held any hard feelings toward the Clintons. You later posted a link in which she appeared to indicate she felt "humiliated," which was dated later than the material I found. I said that arguably you might be correct, that she does not consider herself and the Clintons to be "friends" any longer, but there is a lot of leeway in which people will say, "Oh, yeah, he's a friend of mine." I said, based on your link to her book excerpt, that I would not argue the point any longer. You cannot prove your statement that she doesn't still consider them "friends," to a point that I am satisfied you are absolutely correct in your assessment, but I will not argue about it.
What is childish is your continually bringing it up. I hope one day you get a life in which you don't automatically believe you know what is in others' minds based on your perceptions alone and pronounce them facts.

Sorry NO - I thought you were just being stubborn - now I can see that you are incapable of reading and understanding -all at once.
This story is Clinton folklore - everyone that followed politics at the time knows what happened and that he stabbed her in the back - The quote I supplied from her book said that years after the incident - they have not talked. Sound like a warm friendship to you feller?
Yet you continue to argue. Must be lonely.
I continue to bring up the Guinier argument to point out the absurdity of trying to have a discussion with you fellers. It is predictable. Attacking my spelling is a very educate argument.
If you do not enjoy reality - you simply ignore it and deflect any and all evidence.
Hmmmm - Inconvenient truth?

The first thing I see on here this morning is a creepy old man viewing my profile and now a chronic liar talking about others ignoring reality.
I love MD.
