In an unrelated federal criminal case, a repeat sex offender was acquitted on the technicality that he "traveled" rather than "travels" to other states, indicating that the sex offender registration law did not apply to persons who traveled to another state prior to the adoption of the law by Congress.
reread this...indicating that the sex offender registration law did not apply to persons who traveled to another state prior to the adoption of the law by Congress ....
you should have known better....
as for...Senator Larry Craig point to the law that says disorderly conduct this is just a ploy to throw out the plea bargain..and to have a new trial...
you should know better here too...
my only question is... why is he so adamant about getting it thrown out??... could it be a matter of principle... that the cop lied to him...??
( said if he pleaded out... that this would never hit the media...)
