Bill Richardson has announced he is joining fellow colleagues Joe Biden and Chris Dodd and pulling out of the race for president. Despite an impressive resume -- Congressman, UN representative, Cabinet secretary, governor -- he couldn't keep up with the star power of frontrunners Clinton, Obama and Edwards. I predict he will return to the cabinet after the 2009 inauguration.

Well, he had a pretty good resume, but he was a huge proponent of Illegal Immigration and amnesty for one thing. Not as though others remaining in the fray are not.

The whisper is that Hillary will present a surprise recommendation to the National Democratic Convention, and may even nominate Rosie O'Donnell as her Vice Presidential running mate, by reason of her many prior well-reasoned and noncontroversial political statements, for her same sexual identity, and to make Hillary totally impeachment proof.

What you whisper to yourself sitting on the pot doesn't qualify as "I heard." It's called, "I made up.." ParaLiar. You need to stop with the lies. Oh, and I see IamAJerk has joined you!
Back on Topic: I suspect that about half of the Richardson support will go to Clinton, about a third to Obama (based on the demographics regarding who cast their votes for Richardson and who has cast votes for the other candidates so far), and the rest will be undecided until it's down to the choice in November. The impact on the remaining primaries is probably good for Hillary overall.

No, I have heard that will be Evan Bayh. I don't think that, even if the country is ready for a woman or black president, they are ready to have two minorities (though women are not a minority) in the White House.
It's really quite sad that the Democratic voters have so little choice.....

I don't think she will go near any one that has held an office in Ohio recently. ( I was born and raised there) Why wouls she ask for trouble like that? i know it isn't the same govenor,,but it could still hurt her.

Kerry's just looking for a possible VP nod, is all.. Feathering the nest, as it were.
I've never taken note of Biden particularly hating Clinton.. I suspect he'd consider the offer. But first she has to get the nomination. And she very well may not.
