o the rage thing..
o the tendency for multiple personas
o the corruption
o the dirty tricks people on his payroll
o the lies and dishonesty
o the Bush lapdog yes-man years
o and more...
And I know he sure isn't fit to be the US President by quite a stretch..
I can't even imagine why ANYONE on either side could even think about supporting McCain. Unless they love an attempted carbon copy of Bush.
And for the record, I'm speaking as a Vet too. This guy is a NO-NO!

Wow Luckie!! There certainly is an enormous amount of data out there which supports this situation.
I have to remain somewhat skeptical after the infamous "Swift Boat Veterans" affair of 2004 and realizing some will actually sink to the depths of fabricating such things simply to bring down a public figure. However the availability of supporting claims about McCain cannot be denied. They are all over! Especially at YouTube. You view one accusation and 5 new ones pop up! Certainly not good for him.
I believe anything short of a good hard look at the evidence is being remiss or overly partisan in our judgment, and equates to hiding our heads in the sand.
True or not, highly recommended links.. There's nothing like being informed and being able to make your own judgments. I do wonder why this hasn't been escalated to the level of national media attention, as were the 2004 claims against Kerry. However this is an entirely different scenario.

The feeling is mutual between McCain and me. I don’t like the way he treats people. You get the impression that he thinks everybody is beneath him. He seems to be saying, “I was a war hero, and you had damn well better treat me as your superior.”
He has contempt for conservatives who he thinks can be duped into thinking he’s one of them, despite such blatantly anti-conservative actions as his support for amnesty for illegal immigrants
He goes on to describe the way McCain conducted the last debates against Romney, with not much class or fact to offer.. And accusing Romney of things that never happened.
Then of course many of the YouTube arguments are very strong, was he really a war hero at all? I suggest it seems the jury is still out on that.. And may be for quite a while, since other POWs say McCain look actions to have a lot of those related era documents classified for the long term, so as to protect his war-hero image. I still think everyone should watch those whatever they may come away thinking of the matter.

I haven't taken a position on this at all, nor do I even have one at this point. Currently I only know for sure that which I know for sure. How about you? However I'd like to know more. I think you may recall I said something like "The jury is still out".
But uninformed is unaware, and "head in the sand" is not a very good place to be. Regardless whether you feel personal or partisan attachment to someone or not. What makes McCain's word any better than those peers who have come out against him? We already know he is inclined to disingenuous commentary. It calls for more fact-finding. But there's no denying the red flag does indeed exist.
Those who wish to completely ignore the volume of evidence that presents itself at YouTube and various other locations around the net, by McCain's presumed peers, (and it's difficult to misquote linked videos), without giving it the slightest consideration, are showing amazing pre-disposed biases, and a complete lack of desire to know what the facts really are. We've just gone through 7 long years of that.
I much prefer to know what REALLY happened. Not merely what I would hope happened.
