This is so freakin dumb it is almost funny. At least they didn't start shooting at his feet and holler - DANCE!

The weirdest part is that no one looked upset. They were nonchalant about the ordeal!

I saw the guy on TV - apparently he is a Rodney King type hero now - career criminal that hit the big jackpot!

He wasn't hurt at all - just a bruise. MILLIONS!

Man - when I was 15 with hair down my back I got beat up by some cops in Georgia while I was hitch hiking to the Atlanta ROck Festival - It COST ME $250 !

I guess if I had a 8mm movie camera I would have been rich!

How about this DUDE incident! Happened in Baltimore - another cop gone wild - this guy never cussed! Apparently the kids had IPODS and couldnt hear him tell them to stop skateboarding!

THis is too funny - Now understand Baltimore has a murder a Day and 2-3 shootings!

>>>>>>>>> Dont call me DUDE! <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

I can't even think of anything to say. Except I sure wouldn't want cops like that anywhere close to my town. And imagine how many incidents like that go on, that are neither recorded nor prosecuted.

Surprising they didn't taser him a few times in the process. Some cops are just drunk with an artificial sense of power. It was pretty stupid for her to do that right in front of the jailhouse cameras in any case. But I'm glad she did.

Probably not a whole lot of action in that town, so they have to make their own to keep from bordum.

jankia - we were hitch hiking on 95. In 1970 it was not a highway. 95 went through little towns - like real little towns.

I had used my thumb to travel all through the north east. I had never been in the deep south so when the cop pulled up and told us he was going to arrest us for hitch hiking I must have said something stupid.

Since DUDE was not in vogue then it was perhaps something like it.

I didn't remember but the report said something like - "get the F outta here man - we arent hurting anyone!"

OOPS!

Black eye - busted lip. The usual! We did make it to the festival for the last Day to see the Allman Brothers!

That is what is happening nationwide. These police officers are young have watched too much "Cops" on Fox and they believe each and everone they meet needs to be rough-housed! There needs to be more law suits and more multi-million dollar awards for these victime.

This guy got two broken ribs from this little episode of rough justice! I hope he breaks the bank of that police department!

10-20 million dollars would do nicely for this guy! Plus, a national apology carried nationwide on all tv stations! This is for getting the attention of other would be civil rights violating cops!
