Some people think that Muslim terrorism against the United States started on 9/11/01.
Others point to the dozens of (virtually unanswered) Muslim terrorist attacks against this country in the preceding decades.
But Muslim terrorism against the United States has taken place since the country was founded.
Ever hear of pirates? How about Barbary pirates?
The Barbary pirates were a vicious band of Muslim terrorists from Northern Africa that traveled the world plundering ships, murdering and enslaving innocent people and committing unspeakable atrocities everywhere they went for hundreds of years.
They targeted Christians and non-Muslims for their barbaric acts.
And the United States was a target of their terrorism, even when George Washington was president!
"Even the United States was not immune. For example, one American slave reported that 130 other American seamen had been enslaved by the Algerians in the Mediterranean and Atlantic just between 1785 and 1793."
There is a long history of Muslim terrorism against the United States. This is NOT something that just started happening a few years ago, or even a few decades ago.

Remember, they only hate us because we went into Iraq. So we deserve whatever we get.
Leftists love to to ignore, revise and expunge history.
Trust me on this:
Your children will be taught that 9/11 was the Muslim response to our attack on Iraq.
And no one will even challenge the timing because it will be conveniently expunged from history by the America hating left.

Waiting - let me set the record straight. Dubya is responsible for the fires in California, Katrina, blowing up the levee in NOLA and of course every pothole in every paved road in the USA.

It had nothing whatsoever to do with Muslim Terrorist and had everything to do with Barbary Pirates! Nothing else! These Pirates had been the scourge of the seas for decades before we became a nation.
Yet, you still want Al Queda to build our tankers in Europe while installing some good C-4 in the plane somewhere! OK!!

There are two mistakes in your statement.
1. The Barbary pirates WERE Muslim terrorists and,
2. The Barbary pirates were the terrorist scourge of the seas not for "decades" but for HUNDREDS OF YEARS spanning a time both before, during and after the time the United States became a nation.
During this time they traveled the world seeking out, raiding and terrorizing THOUSANDS of ships and murdered untold numbers of innocent Christians and non Muslims, including Americans.
The Barbary pirates were Muslims, and they intentionally targeted non Muslims.

just as the muslim terrorists of today do not represent the real muslim..neither did these pirates.. a pirate..is a pirate..  unless he is a privateer
