Authority figure is a title that must be placed on the person by the subortanate,,,, any person who claims they are the authority figure,,,, rather than claiming that they are the authority,,,, has self esteem and control issues.

What do you mean by "someone like you" ? And how many of "you" are there ?
I find it very interesting that the only place I've ever even been remotely considered a racist is on this site and that the majority of people calling me that, if not all of them , are people who are clearly racist themselves.
