The biggest fear I would have is of the unknown. Say you are Joe Arab and your sister tells you Mohammed'ia is really a hottie , and she is the one for you. But women look at more detailed things like eye color , and soft details like maybe a girls ability to coordinate colors etc.. They will also be less inclined to subject her posterior evaluation to the same high standards , or level of critique that the male hunters eagle eye utilizes , along with his being less interested in details like eye color.
Also for the fun of it , suppose Joe Arabs sister doesn't like him for whatever reason , or wants to settle a score.
With her being your only eyes to have seen Mohammed'ia in more casual attire , she could very easily be setting you up for a real life crying game.
