I see them as terrorists and, an enemy faction as your government does as well. Takibng action to bomb them in 2003 as well as confine them after confiscating weapons and ordinance. They are also a useful bargining chip with tehran as the iranians have even offered to stop funding Hamas, Hezbollah as well as allow full access to their nuclear facilities if the US disbanded the organization.

MEK is a para military guerilla organization who's activities sometimes took on terrorism. It is not a organization that relies on terrorism as it's mainstay.

No you cannot. And, this is what they depend on as they desire to meld into the society that they are undermining. And, is the reason why the war on Terror places so much emphasis on changing the conditions which these terrorist require to move in against them as well as provide a better alternative for fulfillment for potential recruits than blowing themselves up.
