Uh...The USA is a republic, not a democracy. A democracy is nothing more than mob rule...The word "democracy" appears in neither of our founding documents -- the Declaration of Independence nor the U.S. Constitution.

Uh...The USA is a republic, not a democracy. A democracy is nothing more than mob rule.
And a representative republic at that. Which is why we have the Electoral College. Which is the ONLY thing that prevents mob rule from taking over, as it would if "one person, one vote" (a democracy) came to be, as some wish it would...
