In this audio Obama coldly claims two doctors helping a baby born alive after a botched abortion would be a burden when he was arguing against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act at the Illinois state legislature April 2002:
"Essentially adding an additional doctor who then has to be called in an emergency situation to come in and make these assessments is really designed simply to burden the original decision..."
As I understand it, this puts the burden on the attending physician who has determined, since they were performing this procedure, that, in fact, this is a nonviable fetus; that if that fetus, or child - however way you want to describe it - is now outside the mother's womb and the doctor continues to think that it's nonviable but there's, let's say, movement or some indication that, in fact, they're not just coming out limp and dead, that, in fact, they would then have to call a second physician to monitor and check off and make sure that this is not a live child that could be saved.

Many states do not have the law talked about in that video. Many abortions are done by one Doctor nationwide.
If I were performing an abortion on a 3 month, first trimester, fetus. I could not see the reason for another Doctor. There should not be any abortion after 3 months.
After a Doctor has started an abortion procedure....whatever comes out needs to not be resuscitated! As it is brain damaged, has major nerve damage and many broken bones!
I also believe in the woman's right to choice! It is her body and not mine! She and only she will live with the consequences of her actions!

That is not what this is referring to. This is a procedure where they use drugs to induce labor and sometimes the fetus is advanced and comes out alive. This is NOT referring to a first trimester abortion.

Well in the last part of the video the voice over is bad but I don't think they would quote a voting record if they could not document it.
I am not voting for him...so no one has to convince me. But it would worth checking the congressional voting record if a person was going to vote for him.

There is this woman whom lives in my community. She found out she was pregnant. Then she had all the tests run to see if the baby was ok. One test came back...the child was going to be a "Mongoloid" baby or Down syndrome baby.
The woman opted to have this child. The baby receives a check every month, food stamps, w.i.c. and free medical!
She had the option to abort this child.

The argument about right to life gets all involved whether a fetus is a viable as a person in the first trimester...they decided what they decided...I amnot getting into that debate...
But if a child that is aborted comes out alive then it is alive, Roe vs Wade no longer applies, it should not take legislation to determine whether to call another Dr in or not. It is already born, and does not fall under any legislation other than it is a living being. It's there and it is alive, it is time to be a Dr and save a life.
If a Dr can't accept that ...then maybe he should rethink his profession, or not offer abortions if he can not live with the consequences of that life not wanting to be extinguished.

The law was brought up because in ILL they would throw the living fetus's in a trash can.
One courageous nurse watched this and did something about it. She lobbied for this state Law and scumbag Barry fought against her. TWICE.
What Stuttering Barry did not know when he lied about his position in 2002 this week was that this nurse had these tapes.
In the next few weeks you can expect to see his lie rubbed in his face.

But see that is where the law has gotten out of hand.
It should never have gone to legislation.
Someone should have came in a arrested the doctors immediately, for murder.
Roe vs Wade no longer applies the baby was delivered....alive.
Obama should know that, and if he didn't want to vote it should have been because he had a warrant in his hand. The nurse had evidence in her hands.
They don't get to make it up as they go, for political correctness. By taking it to legislation they lost the presidence, and it took what three votes to decide to call a third Dr in ? Have they figured out yet the baby was born ....alive?  It is not a "fetus" anymore it is a child. it is outside the mothers womb, it now has rights. if they, and in this case Obama feels it is just to cumbersome a decision for the mother. Then maybe the decision they should be thinking about or rethinking is should they doing the abortion at all?

Mom, this issue is regarding LIVE BIRTHS. Obama in his effort to appease the Pro Death groups took a position that allows hospitals to let the babies die without care.
This same Bill was passed in the Congress almost unanimously. Yet in ILL Obama was the lone opposition

If you christians don't like it then you can start killing and bombing like you have done in the past! And the Law will continue to lock you up and throw away the key!
Until that "fetus" is able to function on its own outside the womb....it is just a fetus and nothing else!
Now, you "anarchist's" can start your killing! And my side will be doing the prosecuting! Also, I am not an advocate for the Death Penalty! But, in your case I am willing to make an exception!
