The only lack of concern came from the mother herself.
Though I'm not a fan of Nancy Grace, it was mentioned on her show
that the mother may have chloroformed the baby, wanting her to sleep
while she went out. Accidentally too much? Still murder. Of her own
child, no less. Yes. She's guilty.

The last I heard of this and read, was over a week ago and they were still searching for her baby. Did they actually find the baby?

no ...they found some kind of bones and a blanket i believe at a park but no real ID and those could be anything Angel .... but she is a liar in the worst way and she has done nothing to help find her own child ....

A couple days ago, my Mom read me an article from the newspaper about a woman that microwaved her baby to dearh.
After a fight with her boyfriend.
Too bad the punishment couldn't really fit the crime....

Nah...I not much help in agreeing or disagreeing cause I just getting into this story. I did read it on wiki and it says something about the tests found hair and body decomposing evidence that it was Caylee's. I read that that the Mother is out on bond.

I am pretty certain that the child is dead and the mother is behind it. Unfortunately, they cannot prove it and may never prove it.
Nobody will ever know if the death was intentional or an accident.

It's looking likely from the evidence I have seen, including the chloroform residue in the trunk and decomposing human DNA , also from the truck, that she did something very wrong with that little girl.
Sad very sad.
If she is guilty of this, she is truly a monster.

June 18 seems to be the date this child came up missing. On that day, the toddler's Mother Casey had borrowed a shovel from a neighbor; also on that day the same neighbor witnessed her backing the car into the driveway, which was odd because she never backed the car in. Although this former is not evidence, but still is significant to the case. I wonder if the police took finger prints from the shovel if it was available for crime scene investigation.
Another observation is on June 24th, the Mother's father wanted to get into the trunk of her car to obtain tools to fix another car with. From what the father states, Casey showed much resistance in allowing him to have access to her trunk. He finally did get in the trunk and and found his missing gas cans that were originally stolen from his shed and he reported it. The father had no idea his daughter even took them.

They have circumstantial evidence only. Short of a body or a confession, she may never get charged, much less convicted of murder.
That is too damned bad. But...she's innocent until proven guilty.

There's also the possibility she will crack and confess to it. Integregations will give her nightmares to add to the ones she most likely has been having the last couple of months. I don't know how she can sleep if she did do it.

In police reports, they use the word "inconsistancies" and not the word "lies."
One inconsistancy was about the babysitter that Casey supposively took her daughter to on June 9th. She told the police (in the report), that her name is Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez and she has known her four years and was her babysitter for 1 1/2 years. Investigators went to the residence and soon discovered that it had been vacant since Feb. 29th.
Another inconsistancy was she told police (in the report), that she was an employee of Universal Studios. The police contacted them and it turned out the information Casey gave the police was false; she was not employed there.
Yet another inconsistancy is that she told the police (in the report), that her Father was dead and refused to provide them with his name.
I say something sure does smell strange...

she said the nanny had her and no one ever saw the nanny and the name she gave they could not find ever having existed and she was charged with using (stealing it) a friends credit card for @ $700 around the same time she was missing ... she went partying, drinking and dancing even after reported missing ... she will not help the police in any way ...
as for no body or confession no conviction it has happen before and is still possible to convict .... they found searches for chloroform on the computer that had been done a few days before and trace evidence in the truck of her mother’s car that she had been using

At the top of my head, I do recall another case pending about a small child that was missing and was found in a suitcase. The Mother knew her child was in there and the suitcase with the child was left at a strangers garage. I think the woman was 21 years old and got mixed up in an occult group back in Philadelphia. The child was starved to death and the Mother was charged with murder.

I'm thinking she murdered the child, and she probably figures whatever difficulties she is creating for herself by not cooperating and giving misleading information is nothing compared to a murder charge.

I remember when I was 6 years old hearing my parents talk about a local mother that put her child in an oven and cooked him.
Scary stuff.
I wonder how many of these abuse cases by mothers involved post pardon depression?
