Bay State Sen. Edward M. Kennedy was rushed to Cape Cod Hospital tonight after police received a 911 call that he was not feeling well, Barnstable police said.
“It was a 911 rescue call,” said police Sgt. Ben Baxter. “The caller said he wasn’t feeling well. He was taken to Cape Cod Hospital by Hyannis Rescue Squad.”
Baxter told the Herald Kennedy was conscious and alert when he was picked up by ambulance. A call to the hospital was not immediately returned.
Kennedy was hospitalized for a seizure in May. During that stay he was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor and has since undergone surgery and treatment.
Baxter said police were called to Kennedy’s home about 5:12 p.m. He said no other information was immediately available.

Ted Kennedy killed an innocent woman and used his power to avoid prosecution.
He spent most of his adult life drinking and screwing young bimbos - cheating on his wife.
He is not my idea of a great man. We are all gonna die one day. I do not wish him harm. Matter of fact I hope that when he dies and meets his maker he squeals like a pig.

Katie, you are severely overreacting because some other posters don't share your admiration for Ted Kennedy. I feel as they do: Joe Kennedy, his sons, and others in the clan have found many ways to bring shame to that family.
