katie, it will please you to know that one of the MANY BS items that was thrown in the bill is a provision to force healthcare providers to pay for mental health care. 
I have been reading the bill and I knew that this provision would make you happy.

Vote the whole bunch out! This little bill...700 billion dollars...little? 
It only has the little incentives put in so the American people will be able to swallow it a little better! My advice....don't help Wall Street at all...let them flounder in their own excrement! Till they smell just like this bill does to me!
