tsk, tsk, East. Obviously you didn't learn to read the same way Rush did. He wasn't lying It's right there in black and white. We have examined the allegation that Atta met with an Iraqi intelligence officer in Prague on April 9. It fits all the rules he was taught about a sentence. It starts with a capitalized word, it ends with a period, it has a subject and a verb. So, it says "Atta met with an Iraqi intelligence officer in Prague on April 9." How hard is that to understand?

I'd put Olberman right up there with Rush, Howard, and the Mike and Mike show.
Entertainment comes in many forms. Some obscene, some dramatic, some just plain ridiculous. But if people are tuning in, the talk show host has done their job.
Rush is very good at attracting attention to himself, whether it be with racist comments, hypocritical statements, or the occasional arrest. He is what he is, and people love watching him for it.

I think I would qualify that, Kjac, with "SOME people love watching him..." Springer, Dr. Phil and Judge Judy have their audiences too.

The big difference between the 2 is Stern would be a no show, while Limbaugh would open the doors at o'clock sharp!

I doubt Keithy Olbermann will be getting any awards anytime soon. 
He has enough trouble just avoiding the dumpster! 
Thankfully for him though, the MSNBC News guy just happened to be walking back from lunch, when FOX was kicking poor ole Keith to the curb.

Back to Rush....Picking one topic from the list you provided, lies about 911 Commission...
I didn't provide this list, I merely copied and pasted it from peabrains post, and asked for clarification.
On June 14, 2004, Rush Limbaugh claimed that the 911 Commission report stated that Mohammed Atta, one of the 911 hijackers, had met with Iraqis in the Czech capitol of Prague. Limbaugh was parroting here a claim made by then Vice President Dick Cheney.
The 911 report states, in Staff Statement 16, that:
We have examined the allegation that Atta met with an Iraqi intelligence officer in Prague on April 9. Based on the evidence available -- including investigation by Czech and U.S. authorities plus detainee reporting -- we do not believe that such a meeting occurred.
Once again you failed to understand the question..  I didn't ask for third hand he said /she said, I thought my question was quite clear, List the date and subject and a direct quote from Rush on his program in his own words where he lied?
Not what someone thinks they think he said? Do you understand the difference between citing and quoting an actual comment, as opposed to hearsay. or what someone thinks someone said or intended? Did Cheney say it or did Rush say or claim Cheney said it? you use the term (parroting) How's that a lie?

Why do liberals like to suppress freedom of speech just to not be offensive? Well. when it comes to certain groups anyway. I mean, they protest churches for not approving of sick sex, yet they dont say anything about mosques being against it more than Christians.But Islam is a baby to liberals, so that means it would be politically incorrect.

Suppressing freedom of speech is contrary to the very definition of liberal. If a person does it....then they aren't liberal. Call 'm socialist, democrat, or whatever you like, but "liberal" is diffinitively false.
The liberal take on "PC" speech, however, is not anti-freedom. It is, in fact, pro-freedom. It is not a restriction on criticism. It is a restriction on hatred. So long as the criticism is civil and honest....there's no problem. Protest as much as you like.
Granted, some people have troubles being civil & honest.
Are laws against murder an unacceptable restriction of your freedom to kill people? Most people would argue they are a necessary restriction to ensure the freedom enshrined in the American constitution. Most.

Wow. I cant count how many times I have heard democrats refer to republicans as KKK with Nazi policies. Rush compares Obama to Hitler and Nazi policies and the democratic white house cant handle it. I have never heard anyone warn democrats not to use Nazi talk. Now they warn Rush for saying the word Nazi? What hypocrites

One incident? By one person, who may have problems of their own? You are, perhaps, unaware that the political parties aren't made of carbon-copy voters, yes? Just because someone is pro-union, doesn't mean they're pro-racial equality. (Likewise, just because someone is pro-small government, doesn't mean they're anti-choice.)
Compared to the thousands of incidents of Rush calling upon right-wingers to treat liberals as utter trash, less than human, etc etc etc...?

4 people not one attacked that young man but the same liberals who were raising hell about Crowley refuse to condemn this attack BTW in Tampa were i was at another man was attacked by liberal union thugs also but that did not get press.Pure Hypocrisy both man were conservative one man an African American but because they were not liberals no one cares.The great party of the people turn their heads were these not civil rights violations?I'm sure that if would have happened to you would not be pooh poohing the incident.I really do not understand liberals other than to say the hypocrisy is dumbfounding.Spin it any way you all want the fact these people were attack and by not speaking out against it really shows what Liberals truly are.
