She took the oath to obey her lawful leaders. She tried to get out of doing her duty by this laughable lawsuit. (Here's a hint: The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were NOT started by Obama, so whether or not he's lawfully president is immaterial. Congress declared war--and I'll leave the validity of the data Bush supplied out of this--and Bush enacted the invasions. NOT Obama.)

3) He released his birth certificate, and the state government of Hawaii has verified that it's true.
4) The birthers are NEVER going to be satisfied by ANY evidence that Obama releases, as they've already stated they believe he's taking all this time to commit forgery on various documents.

Captain Rhodes was undoubtedly guaranteed a commission as an O-3 (captain) upon completion of "basic," as soon as she signed the dotted line in the recruiters office. I'll leave you to try to figure out why.
Incidentally, she has formally asked the judge that he not view Taiz as representing her interests any further.
In the Friday letter, it states that Rhodes never told Taitz to file for a reconsideration, and that she intends to formally complain about her attorney. “I became aware on last night’s local news cast that a motion to stay my deployment had been entered on my behalf,” the Friday letter to Land states. “I did not authorize this motion to be filed.
“Furthermore, I do not wish for Ms. Taitz to file any future motions or represent me in any way in this court. It is my plan to file a complaint with the California State Bar due to her reprehensible and unprofessional actions,” the letter states.
The letter says that Rhodes is currently deploying to Iraq, and that it’s evident her initial complaint was “full of political conjecture, which was not my interest. I had no intention of refusing orders nor will I. I simply wanted to verify the lawfulness of my orders.” Rhodes files complaint agaist Taiz

...Oh no, not another military genius, that never served a friggen day. I know, I know, your Father in Law did, but that was a long time ago.
...She does not have to fulfill any obligation, including time payback for the Army helping her through her third and fourth year of medical school. She entered the Army in March of 2005, with a subsequent two year obligation in July of 2008, which ends in July of 2010; not enough time to serve a tour of 13 months.
...Nevertheless, there have been many before her, including long ago with Ross Perot, where IBM paid back the military for his education at Annapolis and he was a civilian again. Officers are a bit different than non-commissioned personnel.
...Hell, we don't even have a dishonorable discharge anymore, that cannot be upgraded in 6 months by most anyone.
...Add that Iraq and Afghanistan are combat zones and as a woman, she does not have, is not supposed to serve in a combat zone, she can tell them all to go to hell if she so chooses to do.

As I assume you know, there's a lot more to polling and statistics than just sample size. Case in point, you are ignoring the critical factor of having a representative sample of the population.
By your own stats, which by the way, I believe 1500 people is total BS as a sample, when compared to 35,000 in what I posted, but his approval rate is steadily dropping and his disapproval rate is steadily climbing.
They are not my stats, it is an average of many polls conducted by different organizations, which indicates that Obama's poll numbers have never been below 50%. This is hardly dismal at all.
And where are you getting the figure of 1500 from?

The source I cited averages many polls with links to each individual poll, and you can track the moving average from the onset of Obama's term.
What are the sources of the Rasmussen Reports polls numbers?
BTW, between 2003 and 2004, Scott Rasmussen, Inc. received $95,500 from the RNC and $45,500 from the Bush campaign.

To be honest, I have no idea what kind of a deal she signed in exchange for MY TAX DOLLARS paying for her medical school. I didn't say anything about her obligations to anybody . I just called you on your BS of "She had to serve 5 years to make captain." Leave it to you to claim I said something I didn't and try to make this argument into something it's not.
I know that, the last I talked to any of my sons while they were serving, they are subject to orders until they are discharged. As long as you are IN the military, you have an obligation to follow orders. Given the tone of Dr. Rhodes' letter to the judge, it sounds like she is actually aware of that, too. Twittering Taiz seems to be the only one unaware of how the system actually works, here.
