I am getting a sense that the Republican party has now gone too far.

When you critisize your own president for; getting the NPP, closing a prison that practiced torture, working toward getting health care for all our citizens, doing a total review on the war in Afghanistan and for campaigning for the Olympics, you have crossed the line. These are all good things that any decent human being would want.

I think most Americans are totally fed up with the angry and hate filled messages that the republicans circulate through the media 24/7.

It is too bad that the party has been taken over by these radicals, but thats the way it is.

Who thinks they will ever come back into power?

Do you mean the president that almost daily tries to mess with our gun rights?

Or do you mean the president that almost daily tries to take away our 1st amendment rights?

Torture? and you think this just started? And even more foolish..do you really think that its going to end? Dont be so niave..

Health Care? Do you mean the care that will tax our pants off...disrespect old people..just as he already has by stopping their cost of living increase and increasing their meds payments..Do you mean that heartless azz who pics on old people...who have worked to build this nation? That Pres?

Do you mean that Pres..that is not taking care of the Afgan war and allowing our men and women to be put in jeopardy? IN harms way? why should we respect him? Hes heartless..

He only went to campaign for the olympics to pay back some of his cronie buddies in Chicago..GGGEESSSHHH that one was so freaking transparent..I might could believe it if he were trying to have the olympics in some other city....but Chicago? And you dont smell any rats? Wanna by some beachfront property in Nevada? The big earthquake is coming soon...lmao

I dont consider Obama or this democrate adminstration decent at all...They are crooks and theives....who are right now allowing our economy to destruct..ON PURPOSE...there was NO STIMULOUS IN THAT BOGUS BILL....

and yet..you still believe...amazing...Its all about perspective and what ya know.

I just cant understand how ANYONE supports this man..thats why so many call liberalism a mental disorder..You people look at reality..and spin it into fantasy..Obama doesnt care about you..Your crazy if you think he does..Why is he allowing your economy to dive bomb...when he could stop it..

Why do you think hes pushing Obama care that will weigh us down in choking taxation..

Why do you think he pushed Cap and Trade that would drown us in taxes

Why would he use a false hoax of Global Warming to trick you into giving up your freedoms..

Do you really know who are your real friends?

I think most Americans are totally fed up with the angry and hate filled messages that the republicans circulate through the media 24/7.

Other perspective...Americans are throughly fed up with people foolishly following a man who is not doing anything to help America..and yet..still believe..thats whats getting old..

Obama gets what he has earned..

Wheres the birth certificate? Wheres the transparency...

Just a freaking pack of lies...Hes lying to the American people..and if you dont know this...you should.

The rest of us are NOT being fooled by all this bleeding Heart crap that has ALWAYS been used to trick people...Wheres the wisdom? Wheres the survival instinct of the leftists? How is it you people cant even see the danger?

Is this called being positive...glass half full....Or being foolish..and glass half FOOL..

It is too bad that the party has been taken over by these radicals, but thats the way it is.

the only radicles are the people in this present adminstration.and yourselves..If you think these radicle terrorists...communists and socialst are not radicle..perhaps you need to go back to school..youve missed something..

Who thinks they will ever come back into power?

the Repubicans will wipe the left out these next two elections..Your party is doomed....and it did this to itself..

NOW LETS THINK ABOUT THIS A MINUTE....

The radicle left has shot itself in the foot...A SELF INFLICTED WOUND..DONE ON PURPOSE...

So now..the Republicans will be in....

Think about it..the dems have self destructed on purpose....so the people will vote in the Reps....

Do you really think this is a freaking accident? OR A FREAKING SHELL GAME.

wake up America...your destruction is being planned..
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One thing you FAIL to understand...The Protests and Tea Parties have been attended by both conservative and moderate REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS..
Your missing the boat here..you still dont get it..Its a game that the powers that be are playing with us..and your the perfect pawn....
BOTH PARTIES ARE CORRUPT...what will it take for you lefties to get this..
Obamas not your man...hes your enemy if you love freedom..the united states and the constitution that keeps us free...If you hate these things...well..then Obama IS your man....but he will loose and so will you..
Most Americans in both parties are more moderate and conservative..
Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid, speaking to Reuters by telephone from an undisclosed location, said it was absurd to give a peace award to a man who had sent 21,000 extra troops to Afghanistan, and Obama "should have won the 'Nobel Prize for escalating violence and killing civilians.'"
Who thinks they will ever come back into power?
All the people that think?
When you critisize your own president for; getting the NPP
If you did the research BJ you would see the critism was questioning more towards how he got the NPP rather then why.
closing a prison that practiced torture
Since when is Gitmo closed?
doing a total review on the war in Afghanistan
Again its questioning.Does anyone have any idea what Obamas final goal is in that country?
campaigning for the Olympics
With all the problems Obama has on his plate concerning the welfare of this country,flying off to help Chicago get the Olympics was an unnecessary task for any president.
working toward getting health care for all our citizens
We allready have healthcare for all our citizens,our citizens cant afford it anymore then our government can afford to supply it.
Which means...what is Obama doing about this countries deficit?
Lets face it, if there was to be an anti-christ as described in the New Testament, then the High priest for that Anti-christ would be Bj864.
He already has a golden idol created and standing in the middle of his living room of the Oama-Messy-iah. Every day, three to five times a day Bj864 bows down and does homage to the Messy-iah.
What a bunch of Barbara Streisand he puts out every day on Obama the Messy-iah.
BJ: I am getting a sense that the Republican party has now gone too far.
...Senility or naivety?
...The working class Democrats and those in the middle (me) are saying the same thing; total BS!
============
BJ: I think most Americans are totally fed up with the angry and hate filled messages that the republicans circulate through the media 24/7..
...You have not seen anything yet... wait until the unemployment benefits run out, no jobs to pay the taxes and token welfare collapses.
...People that want to be responsible for themselves are angry that a corrupt government allows monopolies that feed their campaigns and perpetual welfare recipients, that vote for these same corrupt politicians, while not only raping the taxpayer, but removing the ability to even be raped by forcing small and medium capitalism out.
...And here is some insight, as these angry people are not all Republicans by a long shot. Did you watch the feeding frenzy in Detroit? And who do you think they voted for?
..."I think most Americans are totally fed up"
with a corrupt government, period.
PS: Obama being nominated before becoming president and subsequently being handed the NPP?
PPS: Health care? ... lining the insurance company pockets as payback is all this BS is, while raising the cost and lowering the quality. You are getting old, so "take a pain pill" instead of getting that hip repaired.
========
BJ: It is too bad that the party has been taken over by these radicals, but thats the way it is.
...The same thing the working Democrats, the Middle and the Republicans are saying about the far left Socialist Liberal Democrats.
=========
BJ: Who thinks they will ever come back into power?
...Just as soon as you far left Democrats get the insurance companies in control of health and further restrict all resources of energy supplies, the Republicans will be put back into office to exploit it all.
...Come on BJ, they shoved a no name idiot into the presidency by running a guy with one foot in the grave, no money and the speaking abilities of a rock against him. Even with 97% of the black and welfare vote, with some $700 million, Obama barely squeaked through with 53% of the popular vote and you, or anyone else thinks or believe this idiot remotely represents the rest, or some 150 million people is ludicrous.
...The Democrats are gone next election.
Stop the personal attacks against BJ at once.
Let me qualify that the following is aimed at all conservative and conservative leaning folk:
Let's face it, you and some of the others here, insult everyday MODERATE conservatives by being unwilling to recognize that some of us need and want health care. You apparently fail to recognize that the country's poor and those struggling to stay afloat in this confounded economy do as well! Back off when you attempt to speak for every single one of us. We'll speak for ourselves just fine.
Yes, the Republican party has gone too far when it attempts to represent the conservative voice of America's more moderate, respectful of the office of the presidency, citizens.
Some of us are appreciative of many of the things Barack Obama has done and is doing. Personally, I am not prepared to call him antichrist or any other slur at the moment. While I don't agree with some of his ideas, I do agree with others. He is the president of the United States of America, and just as I spoke out when liberal Democrats attempted to crucify former President Bush, I speak out now as I see the same thing occurring.
Show some class, conservative people of the USA. While we can disagree with President Obama's platform, or his way of going about what his agenda is, we must do so with respect, with honesty, and with dignity; anything other than this is abominable, wrong, and only makes the Republican party look negative, clue-less, and irritating in the incessant whining it is doing.
SL: Some of us are appreciative of many of the things Barack Obama has done and is doing.
...Got a list, or a list that was not a giveaway program that went on our national debt, that our great grandchildren will be trying to pay off?
========
SL: Let's face it, you and some of the others here, insult everyday MODERATE conservatives by being unwilling to recognize that some of us need and want health care.
...When I am gone for a few weeks, or a few months, there will be 10 or 12 Liberals ganging up on 1 conservative, which has included the Mod himself, so I think you are being a bit unfair, if not biased.
========
...The issue with national health care is that you want it and you don't seem to care how it is accomplished, who or how it is paid for, but you want and need it.
...My issue and the conservative issue, is that we are in question of why government's plan now brings Insurance companies to control this as another middleman to pay and further add to the cost?
=========
...Right now, there is no insurance involved in Medicaid or Medicare, except for the deductible if the recipient so chooses, or does not qualify for Medicaid to pick up the Medicare deductible. Government is not getting any smaller, so the only thing that adding this middleman, insurance, is going to do, is raise the cost of health care for everyone.
...This plan thus far, is almost a mirror of Germany's and the cost has continually risen, while quality has dropped, unless you can afford private insurance or paid health care. The difference is that the German government forced insurance to be non-profit and negotiated prices with pharmaceuticals and still averages close to $800/month per family. Here, every government worker costs about $1,073/month for their health care.
...Medicare was/is not bad, but we have at least 15% or more already in administrative expenses, while Taiwan has 2%. Our health care is also well over 15% GDP and not going down with a depression, while Taiwan is 6.23% GDP.
...Meantime, we provide health care for 50 million in Iraq and Afghanistan right now, including some 30 million illegals in the US, or at least their anchor baby children, while there is a conservative estimate that 9 million Americans want health coverage that do not have it.
...In conclusion, when government stops paying back Insurance and Pharmaceuticals for their political slot, when government stops providing health care to some 60 to 80 million non-US citizens at the taxpayer expense, when government defines the best social health care in the world by past practice, such as Taiwan today, then I will be an advocate.
...Rushing this through because "we want it now," is exactly what these crooks want you to endorse because you need it, while they get fatter.
I'm pretty sure Bj is talking about, among other things, the constant, endless lies like:
Do you mean the president that almost daily tries to mess with our gun rights?
Or do you mean the president that almost daily tries to take away our 1st amendment rights?
Crap that has absolutely no basis whatsoever in truth, but the far right nutters continually spout it ad nauseum, no matter how much it has been debunked.
What is the implication, here? That it wouldn't be that way if it weren't for the Republicans? I'm about as left as anyone in the country, and I'd fight to the death for your right to state your opinion. I'm not sure what that has to do with whether or not I think the Republicans have gone so far as to shoot themselves in the foot with their endless ranting that is just turning off more voters than it is attracting.
The problem with the endless BS is that people who don't particularly LIKE Obama, who either didn't vote for him, or only voted for him because he wasn't John McCain, wind up being defenders of the slander against him, instead of debating the validity of his proposals. Yes, I wish we were already out of Iraq. Yes, I wish the "detention center" at Gitmo was closed (not the base, just the black hole detention center). Yes, I have concluded that I would rather we pull out of Afghanistan entirely (especially since I am one who believes Bin Laden is long dead), and I wish he would move aggressively on those things. I STILL prefer him over most of the Republicans I can think of, and I'm STILL left defending the crap like "He daily tries to take away our guns!"
As several people said, the most amusing thing about him being awarded the Nobel Prize is the sheer outrage by those on the right. It's the ones on the right now, on whom the tables are turned. When we protested involvement in Iraq, we were called traitors for not supporting the president 100% in his make-believe war on terror. Now the shoe is on the other foot, and I've never heard so many people talking about how the country sucks, the President should be somehow forcibly removed from office, etc., etc. Now the Republicans and far right are the traitors. But, of course, they don't see it that way. (Not that I actually do either. I just see the total hypocrisy that flies out of their mouth and try to avoid getting it on my clothes.)
Night: Crap that has absolutely no basis whatsoever in truth, but the far right nutters continually spout it ad nauseum, no matter how much it has been debunked.
..."No matter how much" you state this nonsense, it has not ever been debunked that Obama is not an anti-gun nut. He served on the Joyce Foundation, the most anti-gun nut group in the US, right up until his presidency and they are now obtaining more Federal grants to further their and his agenda.
==========
Burns: I won't speak for everyone. But I doubt Dr. Tiller thinks so.
...
...He could talk his siht all he wanted to, but rather he was physically practicing killing babies in their late second trimester.
...Why defend this idiot? Do you really conclude he is the best leader America has to offer?
=======
Night: When we protested involvement in Iraq, we were called traitors for not supporting the president 100% in his make-believe war on terror.
...Where do you come up with this BS? And who is "we?"
...Your constant attempts to segregate and package people to suit your agenda has become past old.
...I had two sons in on the invasion and a third that later was there to occupy and I have never defended the position to occupy that sihthole, but rather the opposite.
...Get a clue, as not the conservative working Democrat, not the Middle and none of the Right share your single minded Socialistic Liberal endeavors. I know you want and need company over there with the rest of the far left nutters that includes perpetual welfare, but the rest of America is waking up that the far, far right and especially the far left is the core of the problem... and that is where the anger is coming from and why it will continue to grow.
...The only reason we tolerate the far right, is to offset the Socialist nutcases on the far left, while neither represent the majority and even if your far left did, it would take at least 10 far left nutters to begin to compete with one conservative in business or war. All we have to do is shut off your welfare and without a shot fired, you would all starve to death.
