Because you suppose that the shepherd and herdsmen study the good of their flocks and herds and fatten, and take care of the sheep with some other object in view..than the good of their masters and themselves, and dont realize that the rulers of states, if they are truly such, feel towards their subjects as one might towards their sheep, and think about nothing day and night but how they can make a profit out of them?

They have used our taxmoney for years to work out the details of their plans against us...
To use scientific studies to find out how they can control us....
They have poisoned our water with floride..the same ingredient as in Paxil..a drug used to 'relax' make' lethargic' a patient...so as to keep us under control....and these same poisions...destroying our brains...making little pits in the grey matter..thus 'THE DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICANS'"..
The gov allowing Genetically Modified Seeds that lack in nutritional value...and the gov now toying with the idea of making vitamins and minerals deemed' toxic' and taken off the shelf...when now..we need them the most? Why would they do such a thing? Destroy the food value of food..then take away supplements?
Then ...why would we still continue to believe them..to follow them? Do you still think they have YOUR best interest in mind? 
We have a corrupt two party system that tricks us ....theres no difference between the two parties...this two party system is being used to make us NEVER look OUTSIDE OF THE BOX of a two party system...its a trick..

How do you propose attaining this utopia? Revolution? And who'll be the boss then?
Are you living the life you choose, with or without fluoride in your water? You can, after all, distill it if it's that much of an issue for you, but beware of the effect on your teeth if you do it. Dumbing down of Americans? Did you study chemistry in college? Do you read up on it on your own? Do you even know how to distill water?
You still don't realize that those who call us sheep are at least as liikely to want to enslave you as those currently in power - it's all about balance m'dear, and knowing your priorities. Mine are just fine, thanks. My dad was an immigrant truck driver but bro and I are doing just fine. Grandma was the product of ethnic cleansing, where her family was murdered in front of her 15 year old mom to be, who was then gang raped...when was the last time that happened here? Grandpa died of TB contracted in a sweatshop - Grams became a union organizer and got the place cleaned up, with decent wages and working conditions...but you have a problem with that, don't you? It infringes on the owner's rights...keep bleating. You're the one who's walking the path that's being presented as freedom, paying no attention to history and less attention to science, and still talking about 'dumbing down America.'

Well yeah, it does, if you ever stop to think past your steady diet of GIGO - garbage in, garbage out.
Those who ignore history are condemned to repeat it - the main thing that's kept this country going (and even the world) is the balance of power. You seem to believe there's one elite running everything, and fortunately, greed being what it is, that just isn't so. The 'elite' would have to agree to sharing power then, rather than being the alpha wolves who want to control the whole shebang. What you're buying into, little minnow, is a line from a bunch of other alpha sharks who want to take over...hook, line and sinker. Go ahead and play. All you accomplish is to ignore what you COULD make of your life if you were willing to make an effort instead of just whining about the elite.
My grandma is an example from history that I wish you could learn from - she came to a country where she barely spoke the language with a couple of infants. Her husband got a job that killed him, as many immigrants did. Grandma didn't whine about the elite, she went about organizing people to fight them, legally, and won. It's because of people like her that you have the rights you have now, and not because of the ones who just whined about the elite...even though she had plenty of reason to.

Alex Jones did the "End Game" documentory. He's one of the main opponents to the NWO.
Unfortunately, he still has to come up with some undisputed evidence of such a conspiracy even taking place.

Yes, I remember those days, although in a way they were more malignant - racist roots that I remember associated with the KKK. I've never yet seen any conspiracy theorist group accomplish anything except as Goose points out, make money for the ringleaders. I've never felt much about them except some contempt. I enjoyed Chicken Little and Henny Penny when I was about 3, but as an adult I think far less of those crying that the sky is falling than I do of those who are actually willing to roll up their sleeves and try to identify and change what's wrong.

Insidious conspiracy to control the world? First they'd have to choose a supreme ruler, and there's your rub with your theory. They'd all want to be that ruler.

Your dealing with three basic things.
1. Corruption
2. Incompetence
3. Naccissism on a political level.
This has been going on with the rise and fall of empires since civilization.
Now it's our turn.
What your seeing now is NOT a conspiracy.
There is no 'planning' to this.
Your seeing TPTB (The Powers That Be) losing control.

Your seeing problems that can not be 'fixed' by government on this scale.

Hmmm...I never thought of that. What I was referring to was the ultimate goal of conspiracy theories. The Birchers and their like ranted about racial superiority and communist plots, but the goal seemed to be domination. Modern conspiracy theories, in contrast, seem to focus as much as on extermination as domination. I wonder if it is a reflection of our times in which extinction often seems imminent. 
I've never felt much about them except some contempt. My sentiments exactly. I really detest conspiracy theories which not only spread fear and distrust, but attack the very people and agencies that are trying to solve the problem (e.g. global warming is a hoax and similar claims.)

I know we dont agree on this subject at all..but I still stand behind what I see happening today...
I have watched this closely since the 80's...its happening..
But in this you are 100% correct...they are doing a crappy job running the world...For one..has any of them actually done anything for themselves? Or have they always hired others to do their business for them..I really dont think they are as smart as they think they are....I have to laugh because everything they have tried to do TO US...has failed! Someones watching over us for sure..   
And when one deals with corrupt people...it would be foolish to believe that they wouldnt turn on their 'masters' too...Remember "ET TOO BRUTE?" Thus..the utter chaos...no one knows what they are doing...
I think their biggest mistake is this...they 'outted' themselves way to soon..and now...people are watching them..and they are not liking it...they got to cocky..and they think we are stupid....They do not hang out with people like us...only servants and such..that always agree with them...lmao...they dont know the real people of this nation...only the yes men..the pawns....the sheep types..

I keep thinking about those scriptures in Romans..1:21-32 It seems to be a pretty good description of todays society......I dont remember people being this way when I was young...not in such great numbers....and we never saw bad things on TV, radio...billboards...not anywhere...kids behaved.and were good..families stayed together....all this is the receipie of the destruction of a society...
Its so funny...immorality has always brought every great nation to its knees...and here we are..all college educated..and people cant even understand that this is what is going to destroy their lives..their land...their futures..Its been written so many times in the history of other nations of the past...but here we are... we just keep on a keepin on....Is that smart?
