If given the opportunity, would any of you want to president/vice president? Which would you prefer, male or female in those positions? What positive changes would you make, and what if your performance scores were not doing so well while in office? I myself would not, but wonder what your opinions and ideas may be.

Their sex wouldnt matter to me as long as they were Republican.

Limit medical malpractice lawsuits.
Put prisoners back to work in chain gangs.
Enforce a two strikes law for child abusers.
The only foreign aid given will be in food.
Force the use of alternative fuels by ending imported oil.

I'd like to be President. I've wanted to be President since I was twelve years old.
I don't care about a President's gender as long as the President isn't Reagan or W. Bush.
Since a period where I could realistically run for president is so far away, I cannot really say what changes I'd implement. Right now, there are a few things I'd like to see done....
-Legalisation of marijuana...(tobacco, alcohol, and mcdonald's will kill you faster and they are all quite legal and used very often in our country)...with harsh penalties for driving under the influence or showing up to work under the influence.
-Pushing for complete ratification of the ERA
-Cleaning marijuana dealers out of our jails, cos they aren't the ones who should really be there
-Making sure that criminal sex offenders, whether they molested a child or not, are chemically castrated and jailed for life. (I could lose the chemical castration bit, but definitely in jail for life. scum like this does not deserve to be on the streets of America)
-Strengthening ties with nations that will lead with the U.S. in the global economy...China and India
-Push for the legalization of civil unions
-Push for gay adoption
-Push stem cell research with embryos
-Try to get funding for research on alternative sources of energy because I would veto any bill that wants to drill in animal reserve.
As a politician, I would not base my presidency off of polls. Of course, I'd take into account the poll numbers and try to figure out what I was doing to alienate the American people and maybe try to change it in a way that it still feels right to me or explain my position to the American people so they could better understand it. However, if after these tries my poll numbers kept going down, I would just continue to do what I thought was right, hopefully with the support of Congress.

I would vote for Ron Paul for president cause he's also trying to defend the soverignty of this nation and always makes his descisions in the best interest of the Constitution. If I were president? In my first 100 days I would restore the rule of law, take aways ANY provisions of the patriot act that are not 100% in line with the Constitution. Re-inforce the posse comitatus act, re-open and independant investigation into 9/11, secure our borders, raise the minimum wage by atleast 50 cents, abolish the NSA and start it over from scratch and put safegaurds in place that would ASSURE the American people remain citizens and not suspects....But seeings how I'm not running for President I guess that won't happen. Oh yeah, I would cut ties with the U.N. and would also restore the republic that this country once was. We were never meant to be a democracy, we were always meant to be a republic. In a democracy, someone always loses. Everyone wins in a republic.
