My eyes are wide open
It’s Autumn
The sun is beaming

He wants me
The leaves are moving
Footprints embedded
He I cannot see

His presence I feel
His scent is breathtaking
His smile shines through his eyes
Is he for real

I wait and pray
To hold him close, to never let go
Is this when we meet
On this beautiful Autumn day
