Posts: 40 Friends...a special people.
Ready to laugh when you are glad,
A shoulder to cry on when you are sad,
An ear to listen
Through the good times and the bad,
Sharing the deepest detail of our lives.

Friend... a word so small,
Yet, so large in feeling.
A word filled with emotion,
A great thing in a small package
A package once opened, never to be closed.
A constant book always written,
Waiting to be read and enjoyed.

Friendships... constructs stronger than steel,
Built as a foundation
Necessary for life, and for love
Wonderful flowers in the garden of life,
Needing to be loved and cared for and nurtured.
For, as flowers not tended to,
They will slowly wilt and die at the roots.
