Eyes wide open staring at the ceiling

I was sleeping soundly but I got this weird feeling.

So I sat up in my bed with a very inquisitive frown

Grabbed my pen and paper and this is what I wrote down.

I wonder of you're thinking of me like I'm thinking of you right now

I wonder if you're wide awake writing all your thoughts down.

I wonder if you really know how much I need and miss you

I wonder if you actually realize just how bad I want to kiss you.

I wonder if you long for me as much as I long for you

I wonder if you know you're wanted, you probably haven't the slightest clue.

I wonder if you think of me each hour of every day

I wonder if you know it's to be by your side that I pray.

I wonder if you ever dream about walking with me hand in hand

I wonder if you really know just how bad I want to be your man.

I wonder if you've ever thought of dancing while we were kissing

I wonder if we realize this wonderful love that we've been missing.

I wonder why I haven't met you, this question I constantly ponder

I guess I'll never really know, for now I will just have to wonder.
