Posts: 55 Has anyone heard about this problem before? I have looked online at various sites and found nada, maybe I am looking on the wrong sites...lol. I have been to an orthopedic surgeon and he told me that if it wasn't better after being in a brace for six weeks then it would require surgery. It has been over six weeks and still hurts like a bitch. I was wondering if any of you knew what kind of surgery is required because the orthopedic surgeon wouldn't tell me jackshit about it. My wrist has been like this for almost four months although I never had it checked out until it had already been hurting for over a month.

Posts: 22 I have never heard of this,, It does sound like that you need to see a different doctor right away. if he won't tell you what you need to know, lose him and quick!!!!!

Posts: 12,251 I'd suggest seeing a rhumatologist (sp?)...they're usually quite familiar with conditions like that.

Posts: 10 My thoughts PolyAngel are seek knowledge from old books! like back to Eden, by Jethro Kloss, also have you tried apple cider vinegar? my thoughts would be the opposite of the doctors, if you don't use it... you loose it. movement is very important so do not move past the pain but do light stretches as far as is comfortable & work up to 10 deep breaths in each position. Defiantly get 10 different doctors opinions, surgery as a last resort.
