just wondering, beside using ACs, heaters, drinking hot beverages etc, how do you guys stay warm and healthy through out winter without catching a cold, having headaches, runny nostrils and the like?

I stay healthy by getting a flu shot, exercising, drinking plenty of fluids, taking vitimins, getting enough rest and by washing my hands, frequently.
