Posts: 1,874 I suffer acid reflux and I've tried both Nexium and Prevacid.Both meds give me horrible stomach cramps and nausea.I've heard that there is a type of vinegar that a teaspoon of it daily can alleviate the problem.Anyone have any experience with this?

I also suffer bleeding hemorhoids and my doc says they aren't bad enough to send me to a specialist to have injected or removed or whatever they do.Prescription and OTC treatments such as creams and suppositories provide very temporary relief.I've heard that there are all natural/herbal remedies for this too.Anyone familair with these?

Posts: 75 A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar will do the trick.
