Posts: 144 I am...guess somewhat all three more focused on grappling and groundwork. Been doin it since December. I competed in my first grapplin tournament in Wake Forest about a month ago and lost so im 0-1 in grappling competition.

hopefully there are others id like to discuss techiniques and tips and things like that as relates to full contact martial arts
