A man came into our store. Both hands were literally dripping with blood. He said, do you got something that can stop the bleeding? I said, put pressure on it. He said, it doesn't do any good. I am on cumadin blood thinner. I said, that explains it, Cumadin (don't know if that is spelled right) is made with snake venom. Long term use, your skin literally breaks open at the slightest bump. I suggested "New Skin" He tried it. 2 days later he came back, and he said this stuff is fantastic! It is the first time I haven't had a bandage on somewhere trying to stop the bleeding. He said he preferred the spray on "New Skin" because it covers a area better.Moms like to use this stuff for kids they can't keep a bandage on. I see this bleeding a lot at the veteran's home. ANd suggested they try new skin also. It really works and isn't that expensive. About four dollars for a bottle or 5 dollars for the can and you can get it in any drug store. Just a suggestion to all you blood thinner users. I also suggested with all the new blood thinners out there, he should look into having his blood thinner changed to a new prescription with less nasty side effects.
