I want to lose 10 kg (22lbs) till end on June and I started today. I will eat only cherries 5 times per day this week, and water and tea and coffee. I will try to exercise 3 times/week and to walk every evening 1hr.

You'll probably end up sick doing it that way.
22 # in one month is an unreasonable goal and I'm afraid you are setting yourself up for failure.

You can't lose weight that fast without negative consequences to your body. Losing weight that fast will affect your body mass index and reduce your muscle to fat ratio. This can be dangerous, since your heart is a major muscle in your body. When health care officials do a "what is your real age" analyses. One of the factors that they take into consideration is how many diets you have been on. Dieting or even worse frequent dieting can affect your life span.
Why not just change your diet to eating whole foods, control your caloric intake within reason, and exersize. This is not a "diet" per say, but a life style change, and has the better chance of long term success. Good luck. .

Diet, diet, diet & exercise, exercise, exercise. This includes working out with weights. Don't go with any of those "lose weight fast gimmicks" like Hydroxycut, because they often times can cause your heart to race, palpitate, & will affect sleep patterns. Unless your personal trainer recommends it, I wouldn't chance it. Good natural high protein foods will accelerate fat burning, as will lots of water drinking & juices. Don't forget to still reward yourself now & then though.

to lose some weight? Eat more fruits & vegetables because they are easier for the body to digest & therefore are broken up quicker & the nutrients are passed around the body faster than "heavier" foods like breads & even meats. Also, eat your supper for breakfast & your breakfast for supper . . . breakfast should be your big meal of the day because it will give you a steady source of energy; snack healthy between meals, have a mid-size lunch & at night for supper have something light.
Stay away from a constant diet of breads, such as pizza, deep fried foods, even battered foods. And watch the processed stuff! All those canned pastas, microwave meals, etc are the worst.
Finally, learn to cook at home instead of going out alot. You'll not only save money, but you'll be putting less fat in your body . . . and who isn't attracted to someone who can cook?!?! right mrobvious??

And swimming.... Cut out fast and fried food. Fish, lean meats, vegies are great. Not too much bread, though.
If you really need to lose weight, are trying, and can't-see a Doc.
You could have a thyroid problem.

the end of June is coming and i did not complete my plan Why not just change it to next June, which is a lot healthier goal?
I'm in a controlled study, and losing weight slowly but steadily - it's not a prescribed diet, but one thing's required - logging the foods I eat and the exercise I do. Whether it's a walk around the block or a workout at the gym, any exercise is better than none. Drink plenty of water, and if you have a craving, go ahead and have it, enjoy it, then forget it. Try to have something 'innocent' on hand for when you get the hungries - watermelon's my favorite craving queller.
Good luck!

i was curious about this too...and i asked a couple of mates who are fitness trainers, and pro bodybuilders...
in the end, they said all this crazy dieting, green tea, watercress soup....etc etc was bullshite...
all one needs to do, is eat reasonably healthy, drink a lot of water...and cut out all the chocolate, alcho and other stuff...
most importantly...EXERCISE....and not just leisurely, but one has to push themselves hard, sweat, and feel the lactic....or it really isnt doing much. of course a 50 year old, cannt do a 4 minute mile, but as long as you personally know that ur pushing as hard as you really can, its fine! I know people who eat special diets, and think that 15 minutes a day on an exercise bike, not even getting the heartrate up enough to take their tracksuit jumper off....is enough...bullcrap! people, you just have to work hard at the exercise, and be persistant and have patience, and it will come!
you see some young fellas drinkin beer and occasionally eating burgers and fries...and lots of people say "oh he is still young"........but its not just their age...u watch them train at football or in the gym....they put in a good hour or two a day really pushing themselves to work it off.
on tv, they show stuff for like loosing 2 kilos a week or something stupid......i asked my fitness trainer mates, and they said really u dont want to loose more than a pound a week...cos u just cant sustain it. people in todays society want microwaved results...and all this false advertising on tv doesnt help at all.... Patience and hard work are the keys!
(sorry if im a little fired up, im just in the mood this morning! )
