Posts: 6 For you hardcore health guru's, what's the deal with this Acai juice? A Robek's (Smoothie place) store just opened up by me and they are heavily promoting it...I haven't tasted it yet, but from what I read, it seems like it has alot of health benefits. Anyone taste it?

By the way, I tried Wheatgrass juice today....Let me tell you it's not for the weak...lol...:)....

Posts: 3,389 when i was reading up on it when it first came out...or the trend started i should say, they basically said that although the acai fruit is a huge super food for you...it loses most of its super food qualities shortly after harvest. so by the time it makes it to your shakes and smoothies or pills...you have lost most of the valuable nutrition.
