For the past 4 days I've been dealing with bouts of intestinal issues, & am wondering if anyone else has had similar or identical symptoms, & if so, what it turned out to be, & what meds or remedies helped you along the way. I'll explain in a bit more detail, & I do apologize if my description is to "detailed".. I'll try & use simple terms.  Last Thursday evening I gradually felt myself becoming "blah". One of those things where you can't put your finger on it, but you know you're not feeling your normal self. On Friday, I spent the vast majority of my work day running to the bathroom for #2 (not quite diarrhea, but loose bowels, & extremely gassy). Saturday & Sunday I didn't do much of anything. I did feel half way decent Sunday morning & went to church, but all weekend I was very fatigued, continued running to the bathroom, & also had short-lived, acute, but painful abdominal cramps right around the area of my navel. 90% of the time these cramps occurred withing 30 seconds to a minute of having swallowed my first bite of food. They often meant a trip to the bathroom. Once I was done, the pain was gone. I've slept fairly well all these nights with no abdominal pain during the night, or trips to the bathroom. I have no fever with it, only a slight loss of appetite, & don't have any nausea or vomiting either. I know there are a lot of viral strains going around, & don't want to take off work to go to the doc if it's something I can remedy myself. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey Wsor if that continues you should go to the dr..........you could have anything actually from what your describing..........there are several things that come to mind ..........but to be sure you need to go check that out especially after so many days Hope you feel better
