When I work out, I want my muscles pumping and my blood flowing. I like the entense aggression I feel when pushing iron. I tend to listen to hard rock/metal. Do you have a certain style of music you listen too??

I like to have a balance of pleasure and hard work, I would rather listen to some kind of dance music, that makes me want to get happy feet, to move with the beat. Can't do that with the screaming type music. But-it depends on what kind of workout you do, also. I like happy music!

I don't work out much, but when I do I love to put on my bellydance music. The CD is called Bellylicious and can be found on amazon. It can really get you moving.

When I work out, I do it to workout videotapes and DVDs, which all have their own music. Billy Blanks (Tae-bo guru) rocks!!!

I have been developing my own work out music, for yoga, rebounding & self-massage, the album is called tantra love songs you can download the tracks if you have mp3 rocket or limewire, I also have a laughter track playing through another cd player and yet a third cd player has a cd I made with my life dreams on it as well as over 3,000 positive affirmations. They say that when you are exercising you are in a heightened state of awareness and you can take in lots subliminally so it's worth a try! Sometimes I'll put on the TV, no sound just visuals!

Yes, If I'm in the gym, it has to be loud thrashing rock music. Disturbed, Megadeth, System of a Down, Slipkont. all that really loud obnoxious stuff the ladies hate! But if Im jogging I like stuff a little more inspirational.

I like metal and rock. I like to turn it up really loud and scream along. It drives my dog crazy but I don't really mind lol.

I don't look like I work out at all. I used to belong to a fitness club and they played music with a certain beat as you went around all the equipment. Now I'm a walker. Most of the time I don't use music when walking but when I do I like to listen to country. Yep I'm strange alright! LOL

What kind of workouts does everyone do? Like I said I'm a walker. I have to after 2 hip surgeries and bad knees. If I don't walk, pretty soon I won't be able to at all. I also use 5 lb weights while I wait for my computer to boot up. Have to keep the arms strong so if I do have more surgery, the arms can support my weight as I recupe.
