How do I transfer my forum posts to my blog

I don't sem to have writer's block today...that comes and goes...but I seem to be totally blocked when it comes to understanding how to copy and paste....numerous people online have tried to explain it
Do you have a ""DUMMY'S" VERSION RE COPY AND PASTE""?????

Well senior sieze the day I just posted your thread in my blog and cancelled it just to see if there were any problems. It worked just like it should. Here is what I did.
I opened two windows, one in the threaded area and one in the blogashpere. Then I highlighted your post, right clicked it, clicked on copy. Then I clicked on the blogasphere tab clicked in the area that you post in in the blog, right clicked and clicked paste. Your post was then pasted in the blog comment area. That is about all there is to it.

how do you do that???? 
I know this is almost a year late but.....

Open a window with your favorite browser, minimize it with the little minus icon in the upper right hand corner. You should now have a small button on your tool bar. Double click your browser icon on your desktop and it will open another window with your favorite browser. Then you have two windows open at that time. Use one to log into your threads and the other one to log into your blog. Resize them so you can see both of them at the same time and you can then use the cursor to highlight your text in forums, right click, copy. Move to your blog window, place the cursor where you want your text, right click, paste, and viola you have your forum text in your blog.
