I do a newspaper for my daughter's medical group.
All of the addresses were sent to me via Excel program. I'm having a problem figuring out how to move the addy info to a label program.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

You may be able to save the labels you've received in the Excel format, in another file format that the label program can read and make heads and tails from.
An example would be opening the file in Excel, doing a File, Save As, and then take a look at the Save as type: area.
You can save it in several different types of formats, one being CSV (comma delimited) or perhaps as Text.
It may be more useful to open the label program first, and check to see what kind of format the files are saved in there first, then saving the file in that format in Excel and opening it in the label program.
The file may not be saved perfectly, but at least it will get a lot of the information over to you.
The label program may also have an 'import' feature that will allow you to bring in Excel data into the label program's file format.
I don't think it will help me a lot, but in case others wanted to assist, they may ask what kind of label program you've got, and someone else may have run into this same issue. Can you tell us the label program's name?
Meanwhile, if any of that made sense hope it helps! Let us know!

It helped me understand-thanks! I had a friend run the labels last time, but his computer blew up, so I will look and see how much good I can be.
Will let you know what I find out-thanks for your help!
