Posts: 10,088 My computer...for some reason...well, it seems like it's failing completely.

The windows installer suddenly failed to function, i can't run DOS anymore, and some of my shortcuts are giving me a weird error message when i try to open them.

what am i supposed to do?

Have you kept it updated with patches?

Cleaned the registry, spyware and all that?
