Uninstalling a Logitech program

I recently committed the extraordinarily stupid mistake of trying to install Logitech's iTouch 2.22 program on a computer that has Windows Vista installed on it. The program installed just fine, but I cannot seem to uninstall it. I already tried the add/remove feature in the control panel and only got a message informing "Our software can't work on your computer!" I checked the installation CD and it does not contain an uninstall program. I checked the company's forums and could not find any mention of the problem or a solution. I even unsuccessfully tried to disable it with Startup Cop. Is there any way to get rid of this accursed program other than reformatting the entire hard drive?

Try contacting Logitech's tech support. Maybe they have a utility not listed in the forum or database that will remove your program.

Travel back in time and warn yourself not to install the program in the first place.

Download hijackthis use the Remove Programs to remove Itouch

http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis

http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php#hijackthis

Now do a search for itouch in Vista delete any folders most likely located

c:/nameofuser/Program files/logitech/itouch

Download this program ccleaner

http://www.ccleaner.com/ click registry then scan and fix

Now it will be removed from your pc

Good Luck
