Posts: 1,203 Everytime I get on the net I have this box pop up and it says:

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something the information you were working on might be lost.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

We have created an error report that you can send to help us improve Internet Explorer. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.

Does anyone out there have a clue as to why this might be happening? At first it only popped up every so often now its as soon as I get on the internet. I can still use the internet fine and everything seems to be working ok but it is very annoying.

Posts: 4,679 The easiest solution ..... switch to Firefox.

Other than that, clean out your cache and cookies, check your internet settings, etc. Then try again.
