Jankia & I arrived safely in WI early this evening with a fully loaded Penske 22 ft rental truck.  To his credit, he didnt complain about my not being ready when he arrived, or the amount of my belongings.  My 1 & 1/2 lb yorkie is trying to hold his own with Jankia's German Shepherd.  , but I think he prefers that to being in his crate, in the truck. I guess Im now going to have to give up this nic, and change my name to BrendaNWisconsin now.  lol. Aint love grand?

Has he bought you one of those silly hats yet? Not yet graywolf but she did bring along her Yorkshire terrier that only weighs a tad over 2 pounds.His name is coco but I gave him a new name...curd.

Thanks one & all for your kind wishes. Things are rather hectic for me here with the unpacking, finding stuff, and straightening this man out-lol. Kidding. So, Im not online much at all right now. When I come back on, I'll probably delete this nic, and use BrendaInWisconsin. When I left Oklahoma it was 78 degrees. 2 days later it was freezing. I dont have a problem with cold, but I usually have more adjustment time to the changing seasons than that-lol. PS-burnslikethesun, My profile said I was raised old fashioned by my country grandparents. In that type of envireonment, its always the woman that relocates. Maybe you are talking to the wrong women. Find yourself an old fashioned country gal.

Gotta disagree on the "old fashioned country girl" thing... I was raised very well with strong values and morals the same way my grandparents and parents were raised.....for some of us,relocating is much harder than just "doing it". Doesn't have anything to do with values and being raised a certain way, at least certainly not for me.
