When i joined this website back in, god, must have been 2005 or 2006, I had come from a long line of other failed dating websites that didnt really lead me anywhere, and i was not very optimistic about what this site could offer me.
In fact, 3 years later, and back in April, i was about to cancel my membership to this website, writing it off as another failed attempt to find love - but that is the day that my soulmate contacted me.
When i recieved the e-mail from her, i had not logged onto this site for at least 2 months - its a sheer miracle that she decided to even contact me as my profile would have reflected how long it had been since i logged on - and god knows what prompted me to respond, but i did.
We played e-mail ping pong for a few days before moving to Skype Chat - we chatted everyday for hours, for about a week - literally thousands of pages worth of text - I knew she was perfect for me, and she felt the same - love was blosseming. We moved to audio - again using skype to speak for well over 5 hours a day. It was the second day that we were using voice that those amazing three words were used - "I Love You" - such amazing words.
It was the second week of May by this stage - We had only really known each other for two weeks, but it was like we had known each other our entire lives. I asked her how she felt about me coming to visit her, and thankfully she agreed. I booked tickets and the countdown to our first meeting began. We were still on skype every day, for more than 5 hours - and at night too, we fell asleep in our respective beds together with our headsets still on.
On June 7th, i flew out to her and stayed for two and a half weeks - the BEST two and a half weeks of my life - only 3 hours after getting there i knew that the only mistake i had made was not booking a longer trip.
We are so perfect for each other. I just got back to England on June 25th and I am in Hell, because i want to be back with her so badly.
My next trip is being booked for either August 24th or August 30th - I am staying for 4 or 6 weeks this time.
I don't know how i am going to survive these next two months until i am back with her - but i am counting down the seconds until that moment.
I just wanted to say to matchdoctor - THANK YOU!
