Happily involved, met my guy on another site, but ON the forums. If it weren't for the forums, chances are we'd never come across each other. We do live in different countries at present, we HAVE met and enjoyed a fabulous week together that began on Valentine's Day. How romantic is that, having the man of your dreams fly to meet you on Valentie's Day. I still tingle thinking about it.
I'd encourage any who aren't involved to follow the forums. The people who post there regularly you can get to know fairly well just by reading their posts. It's a terrific feature, usually the more serious users of the site are on the forums.

I too found a wonderful guy in the forums on another site but I passed on him for someone local. I feel I did the right thing. I hope it works out for you but be sure to check out the laws concerning this ( as you live in different countries) before you make the choice to marry. I found out you can be legally, financially responsible for someone for several years if you bring them into this country. whew !... too much for me. I met a wonderful guy right in my own area after a week. There are many singles around. Choose whats right for you with your head and not just feelings,
